About Us
We were born out of a profound need to Uplift & Empower women
Particularly those who are disadvantaged and vulnerable. Founded by the Society for Urban and Rural Enlightenment (SURE), we are committed to providing women with the resources and support they need to improve their living standards and achieve economic independence.

After completing our garment-making training, Mary started her own small business. With the support of a producer group and access to credit, she has expanded her business and now employs other women in her community.

Our Impact
- Training & Employment: Over 500 women have completed our skill development programs, with many going on to start their own businesses or find employment in their chosen fields.
- Financial Inclusion: Through our CRISP services, we have provided 1000+ women with access to credit, savings, insurance, and pension plans, helping them build a more secure financial future.
- Community Building: Our producer groups have created a strong sense of community and cooperation among women, fostering an environment where members support each other and work together to achieve shared goals.
